The art project is inspired by the ancient pagan festival of Sol Invictus, a celebration of the triumphant return of the Sun after the winter solstice.
In this tradition, the Sun, symbol of invincibility and rebirth, represents the regenerative force that re-emerges annually, marking the transition from darkness to light and the beginning of a new life cycle.

The project explores the theme of renewal and rebirth, symbolising the gradual transition from darkness to light, a crucial moment when nature prepares to awaken. Each phase of this life cycle is represented artistically, with a journey leading from the darkness of winter to the full manifestation of light.
Through three main phases - The Darkness, the Dawn of Sol Invictus and the Light - the project symbolically celebrates the return of the Sun using streams of generative particles that constantly evolve and transform, never the same in their trajectories, shapes and movements.

Each phase of the project, through a different visual aesthetic, evokes the power of light and its ability to regenerate, transform and give life.
